Thanks a bunch for the reply.
I will follow up on the Adams Co,OH marriages. Good info!

"There is a Wm BOLIN, 1830 Brown Co OH which is adj to Adams Co, 210001-000001 [both 30-40]. Brown Co is also directly across the state line from Mason Co KY.
Wm may have lost his father, and be enumerated under a different name 1850. Check guardianship records for Brown Co OH/Mason Co KY...maybe you'll get lucky. Even if mom is alive, and father dec'd, the ch are considered orphans, and were appointed grdns".
Will follow up on the above.
Best I can tell William and Nancy Jane were married for life. I have found a William Bolen in the 1900 census that states he is a widow. Found his death date but can't verify that the 1900 census is the correct William.

I think that Charlotte Anna Bolen/Hudson is interesting but Charlotte would have been born much earlier than 1853 and she was born in New York. This Charlotte may fit in some how but haven't figured it out yet. I do know there was another Bolen line with a Charlotte Anna but this line I haven't figured out if there could be a relationship from a brother to William or not. Good info here and I'll investigate.
