I am looking for James Woodruff Ratliff, born in Kentucky. I do not know anything about him or his parents or siblings. He was born between 1907-1910. He later went to Waukegan Illinois and married Lizzetta Ethel Jackson. They divorced and he moved on and "started a new family" somewhere in Minnesota?? James would be my Grandfather....Please help me find him or where he would be buried. Maybe his "other" family. Rumor has it that he was hit by a truck in Minnesota?? Thank you
