Edward Earl Ballinger Or Egbert Ballinger ?

I am helping a friend with his family tree .
I have hit a brick wall for Edward Earl Ballinger and family . We believe that he is buried in the Crown Hill Cemetery in Marion County , Indian but can't find any info of this . Edward Earl Ballinger and Egbert Ballinger is from Rockcastle County Kentucky .

Any help with this family tree is much appreciated .
