Oscar and Luverna Walls

Does anyone have information on Oscar Walls born between 1879-82,either in VA or Ky died in Harlan county KY in 1940. Luverna Walls born between 1881-84 Ky, died in Harlan coutny Ky in 1974. There children are John Everett,
Elizabeth (she married Tom Smith), Clifton B., Vercia ( she had married a Malone then a Moore). Edith, George L ( he died in World War Two in France), Gladis ( she married my grandfather Leland Woods), Tilford, Norman Edwards and Opal ( She married Henry Boggs). Looking for dates and times my great-grandparents where born, married. Their parents. It is said that Luvernia is the daughter of James and Narcissus Angel. However the Whitley county births has her with surnames of Engle as well Angel. Oscar Walls parents are said to be Edward and Elizabeth Walls either from TN or Va. They live most of there married life in Cumberland or Whitley County Ky.
