I have Dempsey Griffin Mitchell Obituary known by D.G. Mitchell, If anyone wants it. I'm also looking for info on his grandfather & grandmother. Dempsey Griffin Mitchell mother is Nancy Griffin was born 01 Dec 1813 in South Carolina or Todd Co. Kentucky, and died 27 Aug 1898 in Tuscaloosa Co. Alabama. His father is William Harrison Mitchell born 26 Feb 1811 in Kentucky, and died 25 Aug 1880 in Tuscaloosa Co. Alabama. Glenda
