Hello,
I am looking to see if anyone can help me find out more on this Martin/Daniel family from Carter County, Kentucky. I have some info below on them, but really trying to find out where Angeline Daniel was born and her father's name. Also when she died and where for sure. I am thinking she died in Carter County, but can't seem to find her. Any help that anyone can give me would be great! Sincerely Ann Mongar.
Angeline Daniel married Nathaniel(Nathan) Martin in Lawrence County, Ohio on November 30, 1871. They had the following childern:
1.Elizabeth Martin b. 1872 in OH
2. Oliver Grant Martin b. September 16, 1874 in Carter County, KY
3. Sarah Ellen Martin b. 1876 in Carter County, KY
4. William M. Martin b. Feb 18?? in Carter County, KY
5. Mary Ann Martin b. September 12, 1879 in Carter County,KY
6. James Henry Martin b. 1885 in Carter County, KY
7. Ariminda Martin b. October 14, 1891 in Carter County, KY
8. Ethel J.Martin b. June 12, 1892 in Carter County, KY
9. Effie Martin b. June 12, 1892 in Carter County, KY
Now Angeline also went by the names Annie, Anna in two census that I found her in with Nathaniel. Angeline's mother and brother are living in Carter County also and her mother is a widow by the 1880 census and Angeline's brother James Daniel is living with Elizabeth. See the info below:

Right next door to Nathaniel and Angeline Martin is her Mother Elizabeth and her brother James. On this census it states that Elizabeth Daniels is widowed and her and her parents were all born in Kentucky. Also gives her age which indicates her birth year as 1833 and James as 1872.

From a family bible I have these kids as Angeline's siblings. No dates except for Angeline and James.

4. Sarah Daniel
5. Sionia Daniel
More bible notes:
Angeline full name was Angeline Salvaings M. Daniels. Note: I think that the info from grandpa(Virgil) Martin's bible should have read Salisbury for a name for Angeline because the name Salisbury,Daniels, Friend, James, Newsome and Martin are all connected in there tree in Floyd Co. Kentucky.
