I found a possible Joseph and family in 1900:

THE AGES OF THE CHILDREN ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM THE 1880 CENSUS, BUT BELIEVE THIS IS A POSSIBLE.

As you can see from the 1880 Census, ARCH J. (JOSEPH A.) was already b. in 1880, this son is b. 1881. I don't know for sure if this is them but looks like it.
