Thank you very, very, much for this information Yvonne. Confirmation of the stories will surely help us out in our tree work. Clarification on the name spelling confirms the information my brother has on her.

You wouldnt happen to know or have read "where" the marriage took place? And for some reason County Cork, Ire stands out in my mind as being the place in Ireland she was from. (family heresay) I did not pursue this as someone wrote to me online and said it's highly unlikely as the Sweeney's as a whole predominately come from Tipperary area. Does census info reflect this information?

I am hoping this exchange will spike the interest of cousins clearly spread all over USA
