I am trying to find more information on Charles H. Simpson, he was born in Kentucky Sept. 1860. He married Maud(e) Rice, I have the date of Jan. 27, 1897 as their marriage date, but not sure that is correct. Maud(e) was born Sept.18, 1873 in Kentucky and died Dec. 5, 1909. They had two children that I know of so far. One is Lloyd Rice Simpson born Feb. 13, 1905 in Taylorsville, Kentucky. The other is Carrol Simpson, he was born in Dec. 1899. The only place I have been able to find Charles H. Simpson is on the 1900 Census record for Spencer County, Taylorsville, Kentucky. It shows that his father was born in Kentucky and so was his mother. It also shows that Charles was a farmer. It has been very frustrating that this is the only place I can find any info on him and his family. Does anyone know any more information than this?
