I have recently posted notes on the descendants of John Stone
of Lyons Creek Hundred, Calvert County, Maryland. His son Thomas Stone lived in Albemarle County, Virginia, with later generations moving to the Kentucky Bluegrass, and Boone and Platte Counties, Missouri. Another branch lived in Sumner and Fayette Counties, Tennessee, with further migration to northeast Arkansas.
Allied families include Watts, Wood, Crossthwait (aka Crosswhite), Rowe, Shaver, and Farley.
