Ancestry.com site:
April 10, 1930 census - Osceola, Stark. Il.
Kelly, Florence-Head-F-62-Widow-Ky-Ky-Va
William D.-Son-M-33-Single-Ky-Ky-Ky
Logan M.-Son-M-19-Single-Ky-Ky-Ky
Warren, Fred-Son Inlaw-M-21-Married-21-Ky-Ky-Ky
Mary G.-Daughter-F-23-Married-23-Ky-Ky-Ky
Eugene A.-Son-M-1-Single-Il-Ky-Ky
Beens the census was taken in April and your Fred was born in August, that would put him at the right age as shown above.
SSDI:
Fred Warren b: Aug. 10, 1908, d: Mar. 25, 1999 in Kewanee, Henry Cty., Illinois. SS# 318-16-3384.
If I was you I would notify Illinois Vital Records and get a copy of a death cert. It will have his parents name on it.
