I would like to correspond with someone working on the WRIGHT Families of Mercer Co., KY. According to the Deed Indexes, they were there from 1781 at least to 1811.
I am especially interested in Dennis WRIGHT who purchased land there in 1801 and sold it in 1811. In the 1811 deed, his wife's name is Eleanor and he is said to be "now of Maury county in the State of Tennessee". What relation, if any, were the James and William WRIGHT also in these deed records to Dennis and where did that WRIGHT family live before they went to Mercer County?
I need to know something about Dennis WRIGHT and his wife's ancestries as their daughter, Polly, md. Brice VIRGIN in Mercer Co., KY sometime after their marriage bond was posted there on 17 Feb 1796.
