Looking for imf. on Martha Carter & sons in 1880 census in Mclean co.ky..Sons were James H. Carter b.1857,Hansford W.b.1858 & Albert C. Carter b.1860. Martha maiden name was Nance. She married my great grandfather's bro. James J.or I. Carter.He was b.1818 Barren co.ky..She was b.1824 ky. They had 3-daughters, Mary E.b.1846 Barren Co.Ky.,Martha S.b.1853 Barren Co.,& Amanda B.,b.1857..the girls were not living with her in 1880.She was widow.
