I am writing to see if there is anyone living in McLean county that knows of any Swaim connections or a Michael and Miriam Swaim that might be buried in your vicinity.
I heard they had lived in Kentucky before they died and have not been able to trace their deaths and burials. Would like to hear from anyone who might have an interest or know anything about this family. They would have died about 1834 or in that time period. Michael was born in Rowan Co. N.C. in Dec. 31, 1783 and I think he might have died in May 21, 1834 but have not been able to confirm this. I do not know when Miriam died, but would certainly like to find out more information about them. I would appreciate any help you could give that would confirm this.
