Hi Al,

Don't know if you have the following and thought it might help. Remember, ennumerators often made mistakes especially in the spelling of names. I sometimes find that ennumerators put everyone on the page as born in whatever state they were ennumerating. This caused me a very time consuming problem when ancestors born in Canada, Kentucky, Indiana and North Carolina, were all listed as being born in Georgia because they were living in Georgia at the time of the ennumeration.

Couldn't find this same James Crawford family in 1870 or 1880.
