I am the gggrandaughter of Mark Dempsey..His son Lewis(my ggrandfather) was the father of my grandmother Corinne Dempsey Cooper, and her sisters, my great aunts, Evelyn Moss, Gladys Stepp and Hazel Barton....The Cemetery is called only "The Dempsey Cemetery" established by the Dempsey family and it even contains an old Indian burial mound...it is located on a hill approximately 1 mile below the town of Warfield , Kentucky.. overlooking the Dempsey Mine. Mark Dempsey and Lucinda Alley were married and had honest and honorable children,,well educated and successful.I knew a few of them, but was a small child when they died... I am not sure what information you are interested in concerning Lucinda, but I found the entire family line on Ancestry.com....and if you would like to write to me, I will search for specifics for you, and share what I might know....I am very proud of our lineage...
