Rhonda, Another sibling?: Vol. I of previous listed Vockery work, page 89 groom WILLIAMS, James, to PARKE, Polly bond date 7 sep 1821, return 8 sep 1821, Bondsman PARKE, Timothy, Consent PARKE, Timothy father of the bride, WILLIAMS, Daniel father of groom (BEB: wonder if they moved to Missouri, too?) Following the Nathan Parks connection from last posting, in the same volume I, page 64: PEW, Reuben to PARKS, Sarah Bond 30 mar 1811, Return 32 mar 1811, Bondsman PARKS, Nathan, Consent PARKS, Charles father of bride page 67: QUICK, Jacob to CASS, Phoebe Bond 4 sep 1798, Return 9 sep 1798, Bondsman PARKE, Nathan, Consent HUBBARD, Charles brother-in-law of bride, and HUBBARD Jamiah sister of bride The only entry I find for Timothy Park in the Madison County, Ky Court Order Book B 1791-1801, Jackie Couture, 2006, Heritage Books, publisher, is: page 269 Tuesday, Jan 6, 1800, A deed from Timothy Parks to John Stone was acknowledged and ordered recorded. (This means that these men appeared in court themselves as no witnesses were present to verify this transaction.) I will probably at some point look into family as one of the Parks married into my White family line, but there are so darn many Whites that I've not detangled yet, I don't know when this will occur. I just follow the facts as I find them in the books. God bless Bill and Kathy Vockery, Jackie Couture and Jerry Ann Parrish Dimitrov....they have done valuable service to us and our ancestors with their excellent publications. Happy Hunting, Bonnie Boggs Notify Administrator about this message?
