Paradise Cemetery is located in the Land Between the Lakes. The Cemetery is on the same site where the Paradise Christian Union Church was located. The church was built in 1895 on land donated by B.F. Smith. The first burial was Frank Brake in 1900. From Grand Rivers take the Trace Road South into the Land Between the Lakes. From the canal, go five miles to the Brandon Chapel Road, or TVA Road Number 116. Turn left on Brandon Chapel Road and go .8 miles. The cemetery is on the right side of the road. Paradise Cemetery is located in the Birmingham Point Quadrangle. Barney L. Ball is buried here, along with a Bertha M. Duff Scott Ball, born 1918, died 1984. Oddly, she is also listed as Bertha D.Scott Ball, and buried elsewhere in the cemetery! Sure this must be a mistake. There is also a Matthew Ball, death date of November 28, 1815, son of John H. & Sara Ball, buried in River View Cemetery. He was probably an infant since a birth date was not on the stone. Hope this helps.
