From "Livingston County, Kentucky County Court Order Books A-B May 1799-January 1807" 6 December 1802: Ezekiel Preston entered 400 acres of land [no watercourse given]

22 March 1806:"At a Court called and held for the trial and examination of Ezekiel Preston on Saturday the 22nd day of March 1806 on a charge of Perjury." He said he was not guilty and jury agreed and he was released.

On 7 Oct 1806: Ezekiel Preston was summoned to testify on behalf of Thos. Robinson in a law suit.

I do not find him listed on Livingston County tax lists 1801 or 1802.
