I have done some more looking around and I do not see Ann or Anne Henry after the 1850 Smithland census. By 1860, I can not find her there or in the 1860 TN census, which is where her two girls next show up. My question is, could she show up in death records or an obituary (she may have expired sometime between 1850 and 1860)? That still may not help me with the connection to Thomas, but it could give me more about her. I am sure she is a grandmother, Thomas, on the other hand may not be related. I do find a Rebecca Henry after 1850, who may be Thomas' mother. She ends up in Callowway, with a bunch more Henry's, who may be in his family, if it is the right Rebecca. Again, Thanks for any help or suggestions you might have.
