Smith Montgomery

I am writing here for help.

I have borrowed an online report of Smith Montgomery.
This report says he was married in 1815 Wayne County, Ky.
This Smith Montgomery was written about in some Documents
of Lincoln county, Kentucky dated December 1815.

IN the Kentucky Land Office records are found the

Old Kentucky Patent Series.
These are Patent records on lands located in Kentucky.

See Patent #7135, Thomas Montgomery
Surveyed for Thomas Montgomer, James Montgomery, Alexander
Montgomery, Mary Montgomery, William Montgomery, John
Montgomery, Smith Montgomery, Robert Montgomery, Nancy
Montgomery, (Heirs of William Montgomery deceased who was Heir at law of John Montgomery deceased assignee of Benj.
Logans two hundred acres in Adair County on the north side of Green River....etc...etc.

Continueing.....State of Kentucky, Lincoln County.
I Harburt King a Justice of the Peace in and for the county
aforesaid, do hereby certify that on the day of the date hereof, William Montgomery of the county aforesaid aged
about sixty years, made with before me that William
Montgomery who departed this life in July 1794, was ever
reputed....believes was the brother of John Montgomery who departed this life in 1781, that the said William was the
older brother of the said John and after the death of his infant son in the year of 1781 was his heir at law; that
when the said William Montgomery departed this life in
July 1794, he left.....children, namely, Thomas Montgomery,
James Montgomery, Alexander Montgomery, Mary Montgomery,
William Montgomery, John Montgomery, Smith Montgomery,
Robert Montgomery, and Nancy Montgomery, all of whom...
he believes were under twenty one years; that Nancy the
youngest child, was born after her fathers death and as he
has been informed she will not be twenty one years old until sometime in the month of March next, etc...etc...
