McKinney, KY quilt with many names

I am researching a quilt which I am told may have been done in the vicinity of McKinney, KY. It contains about 40 names which include the surnames Moore, Dishan, Miracle, Tinsley, Brock, Walls, Robinson, Yocom, Coffman, Privitt, Bastin, Vinson, Ramsey, Taylor, Luster, Jones, Montgomery, Rubarta, McHolan, Martin, Fletcher, Smith, Austin, Manning and Bradley. I spoke to Marjorie Gooch whose name is also on the quilt and she told me some of these names were those of her students, in particular, Harlene and Sharlene Tinsley who she said were twins. I would like to figure out when and why the quilt was made and would like have more information. There are no dates or place names on the quilt. I am quite willing to send pictures and complete list of full names to anyone who would want them. Thank you.
