I am Rosie Wright, the wife of Boyce Wright. I am curious about your Kincers, Webbs of Letcher Co. My great-uncle Claude Wilcox married Maxie Kincer of Mayking. I can't remember her parents' names, although I knew her mother, who lived to be probably about 100. I saw her in 1987. Maxie's daughter, Dolly, was well known there, since she worked at Whitesburg High School.

I also am trying to connect my Webbs to the Letcher Co. Webbs. I descend from John Bullock Webb, married to Martha J. Harrell. My grandparents were James Elvin Webb and Ada Poley Webb. They were from around Campbell County, Tn., Anderson Co., Union Co. Can you find a connection with your Webbs? I really would love to make that connection. I think I have found one, through the son of John Bullock Webb, Jr. but need more assurance.

Thanks for any help!
