rachel kennedy cecil , according to the 1860 ky census was md to a william w. cecil, where did the name william morris cecil, come from???could it be their son who,s name was william m. cecil,and what happened to these two william cecils,?? they were in the 1860 census. but on longer listed in the 1870 and 1880 census....nevada hatten
