I found a marriage record Cook in Knox co., KY. On 6-20-1822, he married Patsy Coffelt. Also that year, Philip Coffelt married Elenor Jarvis 8-15-1822. John Coffelt married Polly Miller 10-24-1822. All in Knox Co. Patsy must have died within the next 5 years when Thomas married Ann Root.

Am wondering if Thomas and Patsy had a son, Wiley J. who was born abt. 1824. On 9-2-1847 in Knox Co., Wiley married Emily Davidson, daughter of John and Mary "Polly" Campbell. Their first child is said to have been named Martha b. 1848. Isn't Patsy a nickname for Martha?

Please reply if you have any information about these folks.
