Can some one tell me if a John Hale and Sarah Fawbush may have lived in Johnson County before a portion of the county was used to form Magoffin County? I'm looking for my gg grandfather, John Hale, he may have been born 1815 in Wythe County, VA. Sarah Fawbush, my gg grandmother was born 1822 in either Sullivan County, KY or Sullivan County, TN. My g grandfather, John Hale, was born 1853 and he and his siblings and parents (John Hale and Sarah (?)) are listed in the 1860 census for Magoffin County.
