In my continuing research on Paintsville National Bank, I am trying to locate biographical information, a photo, and any living descendants of Dr. Isaac Redmon Turner, who was born in 1832 and died in 1920. He was the first cashier at Paintsville National Bank, and his son, noted Judge James W. Turner, was also a long-time cashier at that bank.
Any information and photos would be greatly appreciated.
