Hi again :) I got so busy with the holidays I forgot to check here. I thought I had replied to your post but I guess it didn't go through.

Hester died in Lexington, Kentucky she was at 4th Street Asylum. She was supposedly buried in Jessamine Cty though but I haven't been able to find her name in any of the cemetaries. I haven't went to the funeral home yet in Nicholasville to see what records they have.

It has been a while but I don't recall a Connie Davis. Supposedly there were 2 sets of Davis's in Jessamine Cty. Unrelated from what I can find out. My uncle Manford married a girl from Nicholasville named I think Mary Louise Davis.

Uncle Manford's daughter tells me that the two Davis families are not related.

My email address is chevy57sue@insightbb.com
It would be much easier to keep track of replies and such if you would just email me directly. I have a lot of cemetary books and research books for Jessamine, Madison and Garrard Cty.

I know very little about the older siblings like your grandpa. John Davis died before I was born so I never met him. I'm curious if the older siblings moved to Ohio or somewhere because after they married I'm not finding anything on them in Kentucky.

I'm looking forward to hearing more from you now that the holidays are over and I have some free time to do a little research again.

Huggles Cuz ;)
Susie
