Have a story of John Embry being shot......on Dec 5, 1820, John Embry was shot and killed by Jim Dan Hoover at Hoovers' store on Ross' Creek.

His Mother was Mary "Polly" McQueen b. 1814 M. 27 April 1854
daughter of John McQueen and Polly Allendale

Would the names William H. Priest and Martha Susan Lakes( daughter of John Wesley "Jack" and Nancy Gabbard Lakes)
Martha was born 18, May 1854. They married 27 Mar. 18840 be in your line?
