Since the original posting of this message I have uncovered a little more information on some of the names of the children in this Griffith family. The correct names of the children are:
Mary A "Polly" Griffith b. Apr 1797 m. James McWilliams
John Marlatte Griffith b. Oct 1798 m. Margaret Sutton
Joshua Griffith b. 1799 m. Elizabeth Onan
Ellen Elizabeth Griffith b. 1800 m. Martin Snook
Chisholm Griffith b. 1806 m. Mariah Willis Clayton
Rebecca Ferree Griffith b. 1810 m. Garrett Lewis Kidwell
