The following nine Masonic Lodges existed
in Henry county in 1875 at the localities,
with the number of members, and meeting
monthly as indicated below:


SIMPSON LODGE NO. 189
at New Castle with 39 members
meeting on the 1st Monday night

HENRY LODGE NO. 249
at Campbellsburg with 62 members
meeting on the Monday on or before the full moon

EMINENCE LODGE NO. 282
at Eminence with 50 members
meeting on the Monday on or before the full moon

FAITHFUL FRIEND LODGE NO. 313
at Lockport with 28 members
meeting on the 1st & 3rd Saturday evenings

PLEASUREVILLE LODGE NO. 410
at Pleasureville with 43 members
meeting on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays

T. F. REES LODGE NO. 414
at Franklinton with 48 members
meeting on the Saturday night on or before the full moon

MARSHALL LODGE NO. 427
at Port Royal with 103 members
meeting on the Thursday on or before the full moon

PERSEVERANCE LODGE NO. 460
at Smithfield with 32 members
meeting on the 1st & 3rd Monday nights

SLIGO LODGE NO. 509
at Sligo with 30 members
meeting on the 1st Saturday
