It is most unfortunate for you that 1858 death records are missing for Harrison Co., Kentucky. The law passed in Kentucky called for the recording of birth, death, and marriage records beginning about 1852 to about 1860. Some of these records for individual counties of Kentucky, unfortunately, have not survived the ravages of time. I could recommend that a source that may help is a publication called "100 Cemeteries of Harrison County, Kentucky" that was published by Ford & Nagle. Ford & Nagle has a website and I am not sure if this publication is still available for purchase. I know that the publication is at the Cynthiana, Harrison County Public Library.
