Of course, I don't know anything beyond the message above, but I've had luck in situations like this by contacting the local Historical Society. In this case, that would be the Harrison County Historical Society, or perhaps one at a nearby (large) town. At the very least, you might try a personal e-mail to Shirley and ask her for the publisher's information. There are often copies left if they are being sold locally. Other times, they sell out immediately; just depends on the popularity of the book, I guess.

You might also try a search on the title, and pray for some used book stores to show up. I've found some that way before.
