Hello,
I'm trying to do a little research to find out some information regarding my grandfather. I know his name was Frank Noe, and he married Desi. They had many children, including Janisue (Janice Sue), Patsy, Joseph, Clarence, Ola (Tootsie), Juanita (Deanie). I know that Frank worked as a coal miner in Harlan, KY, and died some time in the early 70s, but I'm not sure when. My mom talked about her parents, but ever since she passed away last year, I have really been wanting to find out some more information about them.
