Roger Hood & John Wiginton Households - 1930 Census

The 1930 Harlan County census includes the household of Roger Hood (36), his wife Ida and children Verlin (12), Minnie (7), May (5) and Charles (2). I believe this was a second marriage for both Roger and Ida. Two doors down is the household of John C. Wiginton (54), his wife Mittie (46), and children Howard (23), Paul (13), Juanita (11) and Jack (8). Are Roger Hood and John Wiginton related? If so, how?
