MILES LOTT in Hancock Co in 1850

I am looking for information on the ancestors of Miles Lott and his wife, Lydia J. They were 34 and 22 in 1850 and were in Ohio Co KY by 1860.

Miles was the great great grandfather of my friend who was adopted at birth 62 years ago. He has just found his Lott birth family and I am searching for his anscestors.
