I don't have James & Elizabeth in my family tree. The 1850 Greenup Co. census has:

84 84 Clarke, James 30 Farmer Ky
Elizabeth 26 OH
William 06 KY
John 04 "
George W 03 "
James R? 01 "
Mary K 3/12 "
