Thanks, Robert. All I really know about my Jim Price is that he died before 1874, when his wife, Susan Cooley-Price, was named as a widow, in the land disposal deed of her father, dated 1874. Susan was possibly born about 1817 in either VA or KY.

Jim about 1809. I think that was per a cousin.

We didn't even find out about our Susan Cooley until a few months ago when a cousin came across the land
document. Since we couldn't find out anything more on our Cooley's, we thought we would try to go through their spouses names. That's when we came up with our Jim Price.

Jim and Susan had a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Price. Mary was married first to Charles Pierce, and second to William Penix. Lived in Greenup/Boyd Co., KY and moved out west to Oklahoma.

Do you have a scanned copy of the transcript of the William Stewart document? If we can make a connection,
I would be happy to share some of my data.
