Phoebe,I believe Letitia was the Daughter of Gilbert and Letitia Crum.in the 1850 census of Greenup Co.Ky.They are all listed living close to each other.
house-525 Thomas k. Runnels(Reynolds) 34 and Letitia (nee) Crum 28 Va.
#550
Gilbert Crum 67 Pa.
Letitia 67 Va.

#549
Elijah Crum 31 Va.
Jane 21 Va. (nee: Varilla J. Starkey)

#544
John D. Crum 22 Va.
Telitha 18 Ky.(nee: Arthur)

Thomas K. Reynolds was a great Baptist Preacher as was John D. Crum.
Last year I did a 50 year history on our Baptist Church and I went back to our Mother church and Grandmother church also. There is a lot of history on those 2 men.
Hope this helps and if I can help with anything else let me know.
Happy hunting
