I have an original document of more than 30 pages. Dates included range from 1840-1864 (Final date is 12 March 1864). MANY names, but appears to be primarily involving the names in subject line.

Pertains to land on Russell Creek and families in Adair Co., Mercer Co. and Green Co. in Kentucky. Contains guardianship records, judgements, land records, slaves, marriage dates, land descriptions, etc.

Some of the names (but not all) are:
James H. Curry
Juliza (Dawson) Curry
Jennetta S. Dawson
Sydney Dawson
Sydney S. Dawson (personal property & slaves in Adair Co.)
Robert N. Caldwell
Elby N. Workman
John Hardwick, Sheriff of Adair Co.
Wm. B. Caldwell
Susan C. Doheney(Dohoney?)
Thos. R. Doheney, deceased
Merit Hamilton
John C. Squires
George C. Elliot
Elizabeth Jane King & guardian George C. Elliot
Jonathan Jones (married Elizabeth Jane King)
Elizabeth Caldwell, widow & Relict of John Caldwell
John J. Wyatt & Eveline, wife
Samuel W. Caldwell & Martha Ann, his wife
John G. Caldwell
Joseph Caldwell & Caroline, his wife
Hiram B. Mathews & Malinda, his wife
William L. Wright & Lydia Ann, his wife
James R. Maddex & Margaret, his wife
Estate of Merit Hamilton & Sydney S. Dawson

I purchased this document years ago and have no connection to these families. It is all original on seal-embossed paper with old brown ink. The pages are threaded together with black ribbon. There are original revenue stamps on it. I like to see things like this go to a family member who will treasure them if possible.

If you have an interest, please contact me by email. I do not follow the boards regularly.
