I posted this information back in 2000. I have since found new information and have updated. I also have a different email address than what was listed on the older message.

Nathan Martin b. Aug 31, 1829 in Green County Kentucky Nathan died Feb 20, 1913. I believe his parents were William and Mariah Chapman Martin. He lived in Menard, County Ill in 1859 where he married Rhoda Ferguson, children were Aaron, William H, John A, Ben F., Edward, Charles, Henryetta and Albert. When Rhoda died, Nathan married Cynthia Ann Flood and had four more children, two girls Mattie and Fannie and 2 boys, Harrison and Lindsay. Nathan died in Atchinson, Kansas and was buried in Troy, Doniphan, County Kansas where his son Albert lived. His oldest son with Rhoda, Aaron and Aaron's extended family migrated to South Central Kansas, Harper county in 1900.

Any thing sound familiar? Will be glad to exchange info.

Cora Martin
