Cemetery help

My husband and I photographed every headstone and fieldstone in a cemetery, off of Wax Road. It sits ontop of a hill, above the farm that the people who live there, try to keep as nice as possible.
This old abandoned cemetery, I've been told, is now called the Blesset Cemetery. I was originally told it was the Smith Cem. Graves that had headstones were for Berry, Logsdon, and Stein.
Is this cemetery the same as the Powell Cem?
Can someone shed some light on it's name and who all is buried there?
I've contacted several County officials, but no one seems to be aware or concerned. The county no longer cares for this cemetery. The farmer, living below, said the county quit taking care of it a good 10-15 yrs ago; so they go in once a year to try to neaten and clear it out.
Thanks.
