Hadn't worked on this family for several years. At least two of the children of Abner Clark and Adaline Romans married Bakers: Franklin Clark m. Mary E. Baker, 28 Sept. 1856 in Brown Co.; and Almira Clark m. Elijah Baker, 27 Mar. 1859, also in Brown Co. Almira is the line I had worked on--I don't have much data on any of the other children.

I'd love to have copy of your reference about Abner & his horses. My land address is 805 Sycamore St., Columbus, IN 47201; and direct email is

Elijah Baker was born in Brown Co., 1839, died at Columbus 1917. His father was James Allen Baker who died in the Civil War, 1864. Is this your Baker line?
