I need to confirm the listings for tax records given by early family history researchers in my line, but not cited or documented.

My LETT family probably lived as early as 1813 near Mountain Island and Mussel Shoals Baptist churches, where they were members- They may appear in the records as late as 1850, but I am most concerned with records up to 1821.
I am including known and alleged locations in nearby counties. I very much wish to document all of this information. Perhaps some of you experts could help me figure out if they moved or if the land boundaries just changed.
ANY help appreciated!
Sherri
