Hello...
This is my family and Frank Bell was my gr gr grandfather...Its a long story, but the name s/b Frank Bell... the enumerator spelled it Beall...it was a 1st wife of Frank Bell but a 2nd husband of Mary Elizabeth (CALDWELL) Lee...she was married, I believe to a Bernard Lee(???)...they had the daughter Hattie Lee, her name was Hattie...the John Eaglin is actually Frank's younger brother who was living with them at the time... Mary died in 1888, Hattie got married there in Warsaw, and Frank married a 2nd wife and moved to Indiana...
