The man you mention in your posting, Billy Joe Peace, is my father's brother (my uncle) from Glencoe. I have always been facinated with him even though I never knew him. As for Mr. Charlie Black I know his daughter Gail (Black) Roberts still lives in Gallatin County. I would only assume that Cecil had to be related. I'm sure my father could tell you about Cecil Black. My father still lives in Warsaw, will turn 80 in December and is in great health with a really good memory of everyone from Napoleon! Please feel free to contact me and I'll try to help you find out what ever I can.
