I am hoping someone may be able to help. My GR----
grandfather was Hiram Hamilton Lewis (B)Jan 26,1802
In Gallatin CO. KY
I am trying to locate as to his parents are. If some
one recognizes or comes across anything in regards to him,
or his parents i would appreciate any help i can get.
It has been stated that his parents might of been a
Jacob Lewis that married a Abigail Tackett/Tackquett/tackwell that they married in VA(Poss)
ect. Except i cant find any proff to back it up.
Hiram had moved quite a bit: areas known KY,IN,IA,CA,OR.
stated he died: 1879 in Lane Co. OR
and stated he's been married 3 diffrent times:(that we know)
Martha or Patsy B. Bowie
Mary Fowler or Sexton
the one we have info on is that of Emilie"Milly"Harmon
Hiram is said to of had 12 children of all have not been
located.
