Looking 4 Decendants of Melvin Matlock/Fulton, Kentucky or All Matlock's here?

I am hoping to find anyone whom might be from Melvin Lee Matlock, whom was born Sept. 17, 1902, in Ballard County, Kentucky and died in, or around Fulton, Fulton County, Kentucky on June 22, 1974. I understand Melvin was married, and worked for the Railroad around Fulton as well? I would like to communicate with any of his family to present day. Can "ANYONE" help me locate some infomation about this family? I saw in the library in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, an April Britt that was looking for info on Matlock's from this area, does anyone know of her as well? Thanks in advance, if anyone can help, I would appreciate it so much?
