Dear Mr. Livingston,
My Dad's name was indeed, Hoyt Barnett. However, I would
say the reason my name as daughter was omitted in the
Obituary that you so kindly sent me is because "IF" and I
say this with conviction, this Hoyt Barnett, is truly my
Dad, I have always thought he had probably re-married and had another family at some point in his life.
Nonetheless, I can prove my Dad was indeed, named Hoyt Barnett, as there are probably a million or more by that same name; Yet, I do have all his records.
I'll tell you what, you send me a photo of the Hoyt Barnett
you know that is buried in the Hickman City Cemetery, and
I can tell at first glance whether he is my Dad or not.
I also have picture's, documents, etc.,
In closing, my Dad's parents were from the State of Kentucky. They raised me from the age of three.
