Looking for info on Nichols and Pace connection. Tom Pace married Hester J (Ester) Nichols, about 1915, born TN. They lived in West Hickman, Fulton Co, KY. Both may have died before 1930. Sons Herman, Marvin and unknown Pace. Later the sons were in Gibson Co, TN, area where mother had lived. After 1930, they returned to Fulton, KY.
Also, does anyone know if an Amos Nichols was born and raised in this area? Born abt 1868, he married Lou ?, and they had sons John, Raymond, Clyde, Garvin and Elbert, along with daughters Martha and above mentioned Ester. Amos may have died in Carroll Co, TN.
One clue to parents of Amos is a June or possibly, Jane Nichols, age 41, wd, Sarah 21, Robert 17, Jane 13, Lucus 12, and Am 6, living in Dyer Co, TN, 1870. Any help appreciated.
